The service, rooms and overall experience is excellent. The location is very beautiful that opens to scenic ganga and they have great facility to go to any place through boat service that is 24x7 available.

Living on the River Ganges - Varanasi
I cried when I departed from this lovely hotel located on the Ganges because it felt like leaving home. The staff, from the front desk to the food servers, from housekeepers to the boatmen, made us feel so welcomed and they quickly became our advisors and friends.

A warm hospitable hotel. Location, location, location!
Absolutely loved the hotel staff and the location. The staff was incredibly helpful and warm. They provided us boats to go wherever we needed and the boatmen were incredibly helpful.
Food was divine. Would highly recommend their rooftop restaurant. We had dinner here both days that we stayed.
