Important Information for Guests
Access to the Hotel:
Guleria Kothi is located on the banks of the holy River Ganga, which means there is no direct car access to the hotel. The only way to reach the hotel is by boat, which we can arrange for you at complimentary basics. 
To reach the hotel, guests need to climb 26-30 stairs from the riverbank. Additionally, from the Namo Ghat parking area to the boat, there are 30-40 stairs to navigate.

Monsoon and Flood Conditions:
During the monsoon season and floods, boat services are temporarily halted by the district administration. In such cases, we provide porter services from the taxi drop-off point. This involves a 15–20-minute walk through the city streets (galis), and our porter will assist with all luggage (24-hour service). Please note that the elevator service might also be unavailable during this time.

Arrival Information:
Guests can only reach the hotel by boat and must inform the hotel of their arrival time at least 1 hour in advance to ensure smooth arrangements.
